How ContentBoost Works
Every step of the process, from website foundations and keyword research to quality checks, your approval and publishing.
The ContentBoost Monthly Process
Every month, we run the same disciplined process for every ContentBoost client. The output is content that ranks in Google, gets cited in AI search, and compounds your topical authority. The methodology doesn’t change; the topics, keywords, and angles do, based on what we see working in your sector.
Monthly Reporting
Monthly reports show what's ranking, what's converting, and what we're adjusting. The data drives next month's content priorities so the strategy adapts to what's actually working for your business.
Done-For-You
Done-for-you means done-for-you. Research, writing, quality checks, publishing, schema markup and reporting, all included. Your only job is to review and approve each article in your portal, which most clients do in a few minutes a month.
Four Steps, Every Article
Four steps for every article: research, write and check, approve, publish. Each step has clear deliverables you can see in your portal and monthly report. Nothing happens behind a curtain: you see the queries we’re targeting, every article before it goes live, and the ranking shifts month over month.
01
Keyword Research & Intent Mapping
Step one is keyword research and intent mapping. We identify the specific search queries your customers are using, cluster them by intent, and prioritise based on competitive landscape. The output is a content plan that targets gaps in your market, not random keywords from a tool.
- Technical SEO Infrastructure
- Mobile-First Optimisation
- Core Web Vitals Enhancement
02
Writing, Quality Checks and Your Approval
Step two is writing and checking. Each article is drafted with AI-assisted research from the plan, then put through our quality checks for accuracy, tone and SEO, including Rank Math scoring and schema. We lean on local context and structured data so pages can be cited by both Google and AI search. The draft then appears in your portal for approval: approve it, ask for changes or ask for a rewrite.
- Intent-Based Keyword Research
- AI Search Engine Optimisation
- Authority-Building Longform Content
03
Publication, Schema and Reporting
Steps three and four: once you have approved the article, we publish it to your WordPress site with proper schema markup, and track it month over month. If you also have SocialBoost, each article is shared as a social post. The compounding effect is what makes ContentBoost worth funding: articles published in month one are still bringing in readers a year later.
- Approved in Your Portal
- Published with Schema and Meta
- Tracked Month Over Month
What You Get From Every ContentBoost Month
Understanding how ContentBoost works is the most common question UK business owners ask before signing up, and rightly so. ContentBoost is a monthly commitment, not a one-off, so it’s important to know exactly what arrives in your account every month and what to expect over the longer term. We document everything publicly so there are no surprises.
Each ContentBoost month produces articles on the schedule agreed with you, typically one every two weeks, each researched, written, quality-checked, approved by you and published to your WordPress site with image, meta and schema in place; and a monthly report showing rankings and search clicks. If you also have SocialBoost, each article is shared as a social post. The articles aren’t generic: every one is researched specifically for your sector and your customers.
Underpinning the deliverables is a research foundation. We use tools like Google Search Console and competitive analysis platforms to identify the specific queries your customers search but where your site doesn’t currently rank. Each article targets one of these queries with a clear intent match, not random keywords from a list. That’s why ContentBoost rankings stick when generic content doesn’t.
The compounding effect of how ContentBoost works for your business is the part most owners don’t fully appreciate until they’re 6-9 months in. Articles published in month 1 continue ranking and bringing in leads two years later. By month 12, you have a year of evergreen articles all working at once, ranking for hundreds of related queries through internal linking and topical authority. The investment becomes self-reinforcing in a way ad spend never does.

Built to Compound Month After Month
ContentBoost is designed to compound. Every month builds topical authority that ranks broader sets of queries over time. Most businesses see first movement in rankings within about two to three months, and it builds steadily from there. Results vary by area and competition.
